Steve graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology and a Masters Degree in Technology, both concentrating in Graphic Information Technology. Steve began focusing on the usability of web forms prior to the large awareness of the need for good user interface became an important part of the web development process.

Since 2007, Steve has worked for the U.S. Department of Treasury focusing on supporting good web design, marketing, and best practices for social media outreach. He continues to support the distinct branding techniques across all mediums including the web. At the Treasury, Steve has helped improve many of the design and branding techniques used agency-wide. In his tenure with Treasury, Steve has served as a recruiter and the Veteran Employment Program Manager helping hire and retain veterans. Additionally, Steve volunteers his time to manage web sites for non-for-profit groups including his alumni association in the Chicago-land area for Arizona State University. In his spare time, Steve helps support the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and Shamrock Shuffle through volunteer service, winning the 2018 Shamrock Shuffle Volunteer of the Year Award.
