HTML Global was started in 2011 as a one-man web hosting and development firm. Originally concentrating wholly on web development and hosting, our areas of expertise grew over the years as customers asked for more and more IT services. We started small, beginning by assisting small businesses with specific IT projects. With time and experience, we grew to become what we are today: a full-time IT managed services provider with customers throughout the US and Canada.
From the beginning, we have aimed to provide a higher level of service for each dollar our customer spends. This is why we have historically and will continue to be cloud-first in our approach to internal processes and systems. This approach allows us to stay ahead of the technological curve, make cyber security a top priority, and keep our overhead low so that we can provide optimal service at the best possible price point. Because of our commitment to excellent customer service at the best prices, our company has traditionally grown 10-20 percent year after year.

Throughout William’s career, one thing has remained constant, his ability to utilize web-based technology to improve business functions and develop systems to reduce management overhead. In the past, he has established and created full-scale eCommerce solutions, web development projects and task management solutions. He has also written a piece of web-based software to manage large-scale construction projects; from customer selections all the way through final inspections and closings used for hundreds of custom homes. Most recently he has managed several web development projects both large and small utilizing content management systems with an emphasis on SEO, SMO, and SEM technologies.

Since 2007, Steve has worked for the U.S. Department of Treasury focusing on supporting good web design, marketing, and best practices for social media outreach. He continues to support the distinct branding techniques across all mediums including the web. At the Treasury, Steve has helped improve many of the design and branding techniques used agency-wide. In his tenure with Treasury, Steve has served as a recruiter and the Veteran Employment Program Manager helping hire and retain veterans. Additionally, Steve volunteers his time to manage web sites for non-for-profit groups including his alumni association in the Chicago-land area for Arizona State University. In his spare time, Steve helps support the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and Shamrock Shuffle through volunteer service, winning the 2018 Shamrock Shuffle Volunteer of the Year Award.

Chris brings over twenty years of small-business financial knowledge; and is an expert in assessing actual versus perceived accounting needs and systems. In his spare time, Chris serves as Scoutmaster of a large local Boy Scout Troop, stage manages for multiple community theater groups, and volunteers as event staff for a variety of not-for-profit fundraisers. Chris is a Florida resident and spends his winters in the Sunshine State; but can often be found back in the Midwest during parts of the warmer months.
